Its hard sometimes being the most persecuted minority in America. The American white male. We don't have any quotas that must be filled for us in the job arena. Yet despite whether a person is more qualified and the better person for the job, race can play into job positions and situations. Laws for quotas. Personally I would not want to be hired because of my race and a need for a company to have so many ethnic employees. As a small business I would never do that. I would hire who I wanted.
That part to me is silly. Stupid actually. In a world where words and phrases are held accountable to one man, that poor white soul; it is ok for other people.
Case in point....chicken bone. Automatically when a person is destroyed in a debate because they claim racism when choke on a chicken bone is used. They say its just as bad as if they used the "N" word. Give me a break! Go stand outside and yell for an hour, choke on a chicken bone and people will just say enough already and please just shut up.
On the other hand go outside and yell "Nig ger" for a few minutes and someone will want to fight you. Thats how ridiculous comparing the two is. Its downright ignorant. Yet that is the double standard put out there in the name of fairness.
I don't see people wanting to kill someone over being called Cracker, Whitey, Honky etc. Those names are every bit as disrespectful as Nig ger, yet the out cry is where? You want equality with preference then you are a racist.
Interesting and sad part here is I had to change how I wrote the word nig ger, as it came up as offensive, but the terms for whites was not even an issue. Sad. You can not even have a normal conversation or writing without true racism showing forth.
